according to Univ.- Prof. DDr. Viktor Emil Frankl

In the early 1930s, the psychiatrist und neurologist Viktor Emil Frankl (1905–1997) developed his own unique approach  titled „Logotherapy and Existence Analysis“.

The so called „third Viennese school of psychotherapy“, Logotherapy and Existence Analysis, is a worldwide renown psychotherapy direction focussing on the meaning in life (Logos = Meaning).

Do you sometimes ask yourself

  • What is my destiny?
  • Why am I here in this world?
  • What is important to me in life?
  • What do I want for my life and how do I want to achieve it?
  • Does my life have purpose?

Life poses questions. It is our challenge to answer these questions and thereby to grow and mature.
Logotherapy can help you to find answers to the important questions in life, to (re-)discover your values and to find purpose in your life.

The freedom and responsibility of each individual is inseparable in the logotherapeutic view of people. Through  recognizing and experiencing the individual creative possibilities of meaning in your life, the path is opened to the expression of values in the life of each individual.
